1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "We / Us / Our" refers to Mongkhon Sri Financial Education, located at 104 Phahonyothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand.
• "You / Participant" refers to any individual who enrolls in or enquires about our programs.
• "Program" refers to any of our educational courses — Financial Literacy Starter, Insurance Review and Education, or Multi-Asset Portfolio Education.
• "Content" refers to all teaching materials, worksheets, and resource packs provided as part of a Program.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions as accepted by completing enrollment.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a Program or submitting an enquiry through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll in or attend any Program.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Thailand to participate in our Programs.

3. Description of Services

Mongkhon Sri provides educational programs on personal finance topics for adults, conducted in small-group settings in Bangkok, Thailand. Our Programs are purely educational in nature. We do not provide:

• Financial advice, investment advice, or tax advice
• Insurance brokering or product recommendations
• Any regulated financial service under Thai law

Content taught in our Programs represents general financial education and should not be relied upon as advice specific to your personal financial situation. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor for decisions relating to your individual circumstances.

4. Enrollment and Registration

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the Program fee.
• Places are limited to 6–12 participants per cohort and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We will send confirmation of your enrollment by email within two business days of receiving payment.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide is accurate and current.

5. Payment Terms

• Program fees are payable in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable VAT.
• Payment is accepted by bank transfer or in person at our Chatuchak office.
• Full payment is required before the first session of any Program.
• Program fees: Financial Literacy Starter ฿2,800 · Insurance Review and Education ฿7,900 · Multi-Asset Portfolio Education ฿14,100.
• Prices are subject to change. The price applicable to you is that confirmed at the time of enrollment.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first session: full refund, less a ฿300 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before the first session: 50% refund of the Program fee.
• Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the first session: no refund, but you may transfer your place to a future cohort subject to availability.
• If we cancel a Program for any reason, you will receive a full refund of fees paid.
• If a session must be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and make alternative arrangements.

7. Participant Conduct and Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

• Treat all other participants and educators with courtesy and respect
• Refrain from recording sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent from us
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute Program materials outside the context of personal use
• Arrive reasonably on time for sessions and communicate any scheduling difficulties in advance

We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a Program if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.

8. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including resource packs, worksheets, and simulation tools, are the intellectual property of Mongkhon Sri Financial Education. They are provided for your personal use and educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or adapt our materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

• Our Programs provide general financial education only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• We make no claim that completing our Programs will result in any specific financial outcome.
• Historical market data used in simulation exercises is provided for educational purposes only and is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
• Programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those implied by applicable Thai law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Mongkhon Sri Financial Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in or reliance on our Programs. Our total liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount of the Program fee you have paid.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance if you have any concern, as most matters can be resolved amicably without formal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in our Programs after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
