What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit โ€” such as your preferences or whether you have already accepted a consent notice. Cookies do not contain personal information such as your name or payment details.

Cookies are used widely across the internet to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to website operators. They are stored either for the duration of your browsing session (session cookies) or for a set period after you close your browser (persistent cookies).

Cookies We Use

We use four categories of cookies on the Mongkhon Sri website:

Essential Cookies Always active

These cookies are necessary for the website to function. They cannot be disabled. They manage your cookie consent preference and enable basic security features. Without them, the website cannot operate correctly.

  • Cookie consent record (localStorage key: cookieConsent)
  • Session management and site security

Analytics Cookies Optional

These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website โ€” which pages are visited most, where visitors come from, and how they navigate. This information is used in anonymised, aggregated form to improve the site.

  • Page views and session duration
  • Traffic source and device type

Marketing Cookies Optional

These cookies may be set by advertising platforms to track engagement with our ads and measure the effectiveness of our promotional content. We use them only if you consent.

  • Ad click and conversion tracking
  • Interest-based advertising signals

Preference Cookies Optional

These cookies remember choices you make to improve your experience, such as language or region preferences.

  • Language preference
  • Display or layout settings

Third-Party Cookies

Where you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, third-party services such as Google Analytics may set their own cookies. These services operate under their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review separately. We do not control how third-party cookies are set or stored.

  • Google Analytics โ€” website traffic analysis
  • Google Ads โ€” conversion measurement (if applicable)
  • Meta Pixel โ€” ad effectiveness (if applicable)

Cookie Duration

  • Session cookies โ€” deleted automatically when you close your browser
  • Persistent cookies โ€” stored for a defined period. Our consent cookie is stored for up to 12 months. Analytics cookies vary by provider but are typically 13โ€“26 months.
